3D office pod configurator showing three pods in different colours

Choosing an office pod used to mean flicking between brochures and colour cards, then trying to picture how it all comes together. Not any more. Our new office pod configurator lets you design any of our 31 pods online. Choose the model, colours, fabrics and extra features, and see the result in an interactive 3D view.

When you’re happy, send the specification straight to us and we’ll come back with a quote within one working day.

What you can design

The configurator covers every pod we offer, across Bubliing, HushOffice (HushClassic and HushFree), MusePod and the Maxi Phone Pod. For each one you can choose from the finishes it is actually available in:

Exterior

Shell colours

From crisp white and Cosmos Grey to softer greens, blues and warm earth tones, depending on the range.

Interior

Fabrics & contrast

Upholstery and acoustic panel fabrics, with a contrast option on selected HushClassic pods for the lower back and armrests.

Details

Glass, frames & handles

Clear or frosted glass, frame colours, handles and hinges, tabletops and middle-column finishes.

Features

Furniture & add-ons

Desk and seating layouts, the Bubliing Fresh-Air system, conference tables, modular sizes, a TV bracket and more.

Most pods can be viewed in full 3D. Drag to rotate, zoom in, and switch between front, side and inside views to check the interior. Every change you make updates the model straight away. Upcharge options are clearly marked, so there are no surprises when the quote arrives.

Save it, share it, send it

A live specification summary builds up as you design. From there you can:

  • Request a quote with your full specification attached
  • Copy a link that reopens your exact design, perfect for sharing with colleagues or clients
  • Save an image of your pod for presentations and mood boards
  • Print or save a PDF, a clean two-page specification with images, key dimensions and every finish you’ve chosen

Built for dealers, designers and fit-out teams

If you’re a dealer, interior designer or fit-out contractor, the configurator is a design tool for your own projects. Build options for an end user in minutes, try their brand colours across several pods, and share a link or PDF with the client rather than a stack of brochures. When the scheme is signed off, send it to us and we’ll price it, survey the space and handle delivery and installation nationwide.

Why colour and design matter in the workplace

An office pod is a room within a room, often one of the first things people see when they walk onto a floor. Its colour and finish do far more than match the carpet. They shape how a space feels and how people feel while they’re in it.

Colour sets the mood

Colour is one of the quickest ways to change the atmosphere of a space. Cooler blues and greens are widely associated with calm and concentration, which makes them a natural fit for focus pods and phone booths. Warmer tones such as terracotta, ochre and soft reds feel energetic and sociable, and work well for collaborative meeting pods. Greens also link to biophilic design, bringing a sense of nature indoors.

Neutrals let the space breathe

Whites, greys and natural oak tones keep a floor feeling open and light, and let architecture and artwork take centre stage. A neutral shell with a bolder interior fabric is a popular choice: calm from the outside, characterful inside.

Design supports wellbeing and wayfinding

Thoughtful colour helps people find their way, with different pod types in different colours or zones signalled by tone. Soft textiles and acoustic felts add warmth that hard office surfaces lack. A workspace that feels considered also tells employees they’re valued, and that can lift mood, morale and how much people want to come into the office.

Brand in every corner

Pods are a great canvas for brand colour. Picking up a company palette in the exterior or upholstery turns a functional booth into part of the workplace identity, something a configurator makes easy to test before committing.

How to get started

Open the configurator, choose a range and pod, and start designing. Not sure which pod is right? Browse by use on our Office Pods page, from phone booths and video pods to larger meeting pods and accessible DDA pods.

Is the office pod configurator free to use?

Yes. There’s no sign-up. Design as many pods as you like and only send us a specification when you’re ready for a quote.

Are the colours on screen exact?

Colours on screen are a close guide, but every display is different. We always recommend seeing physical samples, which we can send out or show you at our Clerkenwell showroom.

Can dealers use the configurator for their clients?

Absolutely. Design pods for your end users, share a link or PDF specification with them, and send the final design to us for pricing and installation.
