We’re delighted to launch the new Silent Collective website. It’s built around one simple idea: everything you need to choose, specify and buy acoustic office pods should live in one place. No chasing PDFs, no guessing at lead times, no waiting days for a datasheet.
Whether you’re a workplace manager adding a few phone booths to an open-plan floor, a fit-out contractor specifying meeting pods for a new build, or a landlord upgrading amenity space, the site now takes you from first look to quote in a few clicks.

Find the right pod by how you’ll use it
Most people don’t start with a brand, they start with a need. So the Office Pods page groups every model into six clear categories:
- Office phone booths for private calls on a busy floor
- Work, focus and video pods with a worksurface and camera-friendly lighting
- 2-person meeting pods for one-to-ones, interviews and hybrid calls
- 4-person meeting pods for everyday team meetings
- Larger meeting pods for six to eight people
- Accessible DDA pods designed for inclusive meetings
The numbers that matter, up front
Every pod has its own page with the information specifiers actually need: external dimensions and footprint, weight, occupancy, lead time and acoustic performance. Speech level reduction is shown in decibels and measured to ISO 23351-1, so you can compare pods across ranges on a like-for-like basis. A rough price band sits alongside each one, so you know where a pod sits before you ask for a quote.
Tip: 30 dB of speech reduction puts a normal speaking voice below the level of the surrounding office at one metre from the pod. Most of our range sits between 28 and 32 dB.
Finishes, brochures and galleries
Each pod page shows its full set of colours and finishes, from exterior panels and upholstery to frames, glass and tabletops, along with a photo gallery and a downloadable brochure. You can also see and touch the finishes in person at our Clerkenwell showroom on Clerkenwell Road.
