Silent Collective was set up by people who spent years fitting out offices and watching pods arrive late, land in the wrong place, or fail the acoustic promise made in the brochure.
We hold four ranges instead of one, so the recommendation follows the floorplate — ceiling height, access route, power position, how the space is actually used. We survey before we quote, we install with our own fitting teams, and we stay on the drawing for aftercare.
Most of our work comes through facilities teams, fit-out contractors and landlords upgrading Cat A and Cat B floors. It is unglamorous, exact work. That suits us.
How a project runs

Brief
A call and a floorplan. Headcount, how the space is used, what the noise complaints actually are.
Day 1
02
Showroom Visit
A visit to our Clerkenwell Showroom, where we have select pods from our ranges to view and try out.
week 1
03
Specify
Work with the dealer to choose your pods from our options. Amend your plan, with a budget range per option.
week 1 -2
04
Install
Delivered, built and commissioned by our fitters. Waste taken away the same day.
Week 6-12
05
Aftercare
Handover pack, warranty registered, our engineers will be ready to visit site if needed.
